So, here is the news. First of all, please accept my belated Christmas and New Year greetings. I hope you had a good rest and got enough strength to move forward. And now, in the New Year, you are ready to work hard for our dear system. As the system is you, it completely depends on your activity and initiative. Thus, I urge all participants to make every effort to develop the system.

So what is the news? In principle, everything is going well in Community. I say “in principle” because it could be better. Participants are doing without enthusiasm. They are not working intensively enough to develop the system. I must admit the pace of development is good enough. But in comparison with other countries, so to say, we still have some things to improve. So, there is no other news. Now we have a post holiday period. Participate. Now the participation is safe as everything is just beginning. We have created a special fund for Community’s development. I am repeating the things I have already told you about. It is reasonable to participate. I stress that it is safe now. Sure, there are no guarantees and promises, but this is what I think. I am telling you about it with all my heart. Ok.
