How to write the letters of happiness and thanks video about help received.

Dear participants and managers! 
We, the Moderators team of MMM Community, check your letters of happiness and attached video about getting help. Unfortunately, we have to reject a great number of these letters. We are really shocked how lazy most of participants are! We just cannot understand so many people have no gratitude and respect to the Community as a whole and those who provided them help in particular! 
In order to help you to make a letter of happiness, we have specified the items which the letters should include in the explanation in the PO. But it did not help! Almost all write only items listed in the PO without adding any of their word. We will try to explain in details once again what the letter of happiness and thanks video are. 
The text of the letter should be like a short story of your activity in MMM Community and contain necessarily the items specified in the requirements: 1) Name or nickname 2) Status (participant or manager of a certain rank), 3) Name of the structure and country of residence, 4) the date and the sum of provided assistance5) the sum and the date of received assistance. 
For example: I am Ahmad, an ordinary participant of MMM Community. I live in Indonesia. On November 1st I provided help for the sum of $ 100. Today on December 3rd I received 30% and $ 20 registration bonus. The total amount of assistance I got was $ 150. Thank so much all participants who have provided help to me and, of course, the founder of this unique Community - Sergei Mavrodi! MMM Community rules! Together We Change the World!!!
Is it so difficult to write such a text? It will not take you more than 5 minutes! You must understand that these letters are your face and reputation of our system. Is it difficult to write a few words of thanks after getting help? 
As for the video, each participant who took the time and made a video gets an additional bonus to the already received assistance (5% or 3%). The majority somehow thinks that setting any video  they will receive a bonus ... Wake up! Each letter is processed by the moderator. 
No one requires you to make a quality video: make your video by phone or web camera. But if you decide to get an additional bonus, please make a video conforming to standards.
Requirements to the video: 
The title of the video must contain signs of MMM Community and preferably the date of assistance received. For example: “MMM Community (21.12.2014)”, “Help from MMM Community (12.21.2014)", or even easier "MMM Community pays" or "$ 1000 from MMM Community". Pretending to the maximum bonus (5%), the participant must show his face and say everything that is required in the letter (Name or nickname, status, structure and the country, the sum and the date of assistance provided, the sum and the date of assistance received, as well as thanks). Participants who do not want to show their face should just shoot their PO and say the required items. But the bonus will be lower than the maximum (3%). 
We repeat once again: there is no need to set the video which does not meet the requirements; the moderator will not permit to publish it. Also, do not use the video  which was made for the first assistance to the second, third, etc. – the bonus is given only once for one video to one assistance received.
We should respect each other and take care of our Community. If not we, then who?
